Privacy Policy

1. Object and field of application

PS TRIBUTACIÓN Y FINANZAS, S.L. (hereinafter PS TRIBUTACIÓN) places this document at the disposal of users for the purposes of complying with the obligations established in Law 15/1999 regarding the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (hereinafter LOPD) and its implementation regulations.

This document is permanently displayed on the website belonging to PS TRIBUTACIÓN www.pstributacion.com (hereinafter WEBSITE), with users able to consult it, file it or print it.

Everyone accessing the WEBSITE assumes the role of USER, agreeing to strict observance and compliance with the provisions herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable.

2. User notification of the existence of a file and request for consent for the automated handling of their personal data.

PS TRIBUTACIÓN strictly complies with current and applicable legislation in relation to the protection of data of a personal nature, established in the LOPD and its implementing regulations, and informs USERS of the WEBSITE that said data will be incorporated into a file for its automated handling. The USERS, by marking a corresponding box on the forms that require it, give their express consent to such handling.

3. Purpose of the data

PS TRIBUTACIÓN gathers certain personal data which is freely entered by the USER into a form for the purposes of being able to contract diverse services, as well as replying to and identifying any requests from the USER.

Said data may be used for the following purposes:

  • Processing commissions, requests or any other type of enquiry from the user via any of the contact forms placed at the disposal of the USER on the WEBSITE.
  • Preparing statistical studies.
  • Sending out the WEBSITE's newsletter.
  • Sending out sales and marketing communication relating to the products or services provided by PS TRIBUTACIÓN.

4. Obligatory nature of the introduction of data

In order to access the WEBSITE it is not necessary to supply any personal data.  However, to make any requests for information, contract any service or purchase a product, it is necessary for the USER to provide their data in the forms there for this purpose. All of the fields on these forms are optional apart from those specifically marked as obligatory with an asterisk (*).

In the event that such data is not facilitated, PS TRIBUTACIÓN cannot guarantee that the information and services provided will be fully adapted to the needs of the USER.

5. Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.

In all cases, PS TRIBUTACIÓN guarantees to the USER the exercising of their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, information and opposition, in the terms established in current legislation.  To this effect, in compliance with the LOPD they may exercise their rights by sending an express request, together with a copy of their identification document, via the following means:

The data manager is PS TRIBUTACIÓN Y FINANZAS, S.L., with registered address at Avenida de las Camelias 114, bloque 2 - bajo, 36211 Vigo (Pontevedra). PS TRIBUTACIÓN has duly inscribed its files with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and these can be consulted at www.agpd.es.

7. Cession of data

PS TRIBUTACIÓN expressly informs and guarantees the USER that their personal data will not under any circumstances be ceded to third party companies without the express, informed and unequivocal consent on the part of the data owners.

8. IP addresses

The WEBSITE's servers will be able to automatically detect the IP address and domain name employed by the user.  An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. Said information may be recorded on the server's duly inscribed activity file, which allows for the subsequent processing of the data for the purposes of obtaining statistical measurements that facilitate number of hits, number of visits to the web services, order of visits, point of access, etc.

9. Security

PS TRIBUTACIÓN assures the absolute confidentiality and privacy of the personal data collected, and has adopted the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data handled, as well as to prevent its loss, alteration and/or access by unauthorized third parties..

Notwithstanding, PS TRIBUTACIÓN will not be responsible for any incidents that may arise surrounding the personal data when it derives from causes beyond its control, or due to a lack of diligence on the part of the USER in relation to the safeguarding and custody of their passwords and personal data. By way of additional assurance, PS TRIBUTACIÓN has an SSL security certificate, provided by Thawte, Inc. (http://www.thawte.com/) which guarantees that the transmission of the USER's personal data is undertaken within a secure environment.

10. Sending unsolicited emails (SPAM)

PS TRIBUTACIÓN is absolutely against the practice of spamming and never takes part in this sort of behaviour. PS TRIBUTACIÓN only send information to the email addresses facilitated by registered users and, therefore, who have accepted their data protection policy.
